sill number 109
It was originally registered with engine number 6A10235SB this was later corrected to number above.
First owner was Australian Kerry Manolas and it arrived in Australia november 1993 as Iunderstand it was sent here tax free as long as it left after a period of time (12 months) and was sent to NZ for sale presumably back to UK

anyone know what the big yellow knob is below the dash in the centre of the console? It is certainly not original and looks like a mechanical device of some kind.

Hi,
I own the car which is registered now on French Plates. The yellow knob is a brake bias control (balance bar)
fitted by Don Law as part of a brake upgrade, which included dual servos and cooling ducting to the brakes. The carbon metallic brake pads were bedded in by Don Law and Win Percy at Mallory Park.
Best Wishes
Tim Burton

Lets not forget that this was the Jaguar XJ 220 that was involved in the Kings Cross Tunnel and ran into the back of a Ford Capri.
